Closing a document in Microsoft Word 2010

When you're done with a document, you'll want to close it. Closing a document removes it from your computer screen and if you had other documents open, Word displays the last document you used. Otherwise, you see an empty Word window. Here square measure some simple steps to close an open document:
Step (1): Click the File tab and choose the close option to close the document.
Step (2): When you select the save option and if the document isn't saved before closing, it will display the following warning box which will ask if the document isn't saved. Should. Save the dialog.
Step (3): Now it is up to you to click save if you want to save the changes, otherwise click the save button. Click the Cancel button to return to the document.
This will close the document and if you have other documents open, Word displays the last document you use, otherwise, you will see an empty Word window as shown below.
Context Help in Microsoft Word 2010
Microsoft Office provides more than one way to make a Help call when you need it. Here are some simple ways in our tutorial:
Contextual Sensitive Help:
This is the easiest way to get help with any of the options available on the Word screen. All you need to do is move your mouse pointer over one option and wait 2 seconds, a small balloon will help MS Word provide you details about the operation. If the word has additional support for this option, it gives the option. Press F1 for further assistance as shown below when you hover your mouse pointer over the ColorFill option. You can press the F1 key to get more Help with this option.
Using the F1 Key:-
You can press F1 when you are in the middle of doing something and the office will show you different categories of help as shown below. You can either search for the keyword using the search option or browse the categories listed to see a topic in detail: Using the F1

Using the Help option
You can interact with Microsoft using the Help option available under the File tab.
Using the Help option As shown above, you can use Microsoft Office Help to launch the Help window, or use the Getting Start link to visit Microsoft's official website. Use the Contact Us option to contact Microsoft by mail or phone.
