Text Alignments in Word 2010
Left-Aligned Text
When the text of a paragraph is aligned with the left margin, it is aligned. Here's an easy way to align the text of a paragraph to the left.
Step: 1 Click anywhere on the paragraph you want to align and click the left align button on the text available on the Home tab or just press the Ctrl + L keys

Center Aligned Text
If the text of the paragraph is between the left and right margins, it will be said to be attached in the center. Here's an easy way to center a paragraph text.
Step :1 Click anywhere on the paragraph you want to align and click the center button available on the Home tab or just press the Ctrl + E keys.
Right-Aligned Text
The text of a paragraph is attached to the right side when it is aligned evenly with the right margin. This is an easy way to align the text of a paragraph.
Step: 1 Click anywhere on the paragraph you want to align and Right-Align on the available text on the Home tab or just press the Ctrl + R keys
Justified Text
The text of a paragraph is valid when it is evenly attached to both the left and right margins. The following is an easy way to validate the text of a paragraph.
Step :1 Click anywhere on the paragraph you want to align and click the Justify button available on the Home Tab or just press the Ctrl + J keys.
