Move a Table In Microsoft Word 2010
Allows Microsoft Word table to move content from one place to another. This Lecture will provide you with easy steps to move a table within a single document, although you can move a table from one document to another using the cut and paste operation.
Move a Table:
The following are simple steps to move a table in a single word document.
Step (1): Move your mouse pointer to the table you want to move from place to place. As you move your mouse pointer inside the table, a small Cross Icon will appear in the upper left corner of the table, as shown below.
Step (2): Click on the small Cross Icon that will select the entire table. Once the table is selected, use the Cut button or press Ctrl + X keys to cut the table from its original position.
Step (3): Move your insertion point to where you want to move the table and use the Paste button or just press Ctrl + V keys to move the table to the new location.
